Portasol is located in a strategic place, really quite and private, but close to many touristic regions at Costa Rica Central Pacific.
Portasol´s total area is 1300 acres of which 13% is dedicated to a biological reserve, 65% for conservation areas, 5% as common areas such as trails, parks and lookouts.
The remaining 17% is available for developing the eco-community. We estimate a maximum of 180 lots. Only 15% of each lot can be use as construction area, the other 85% of the lot total area has to be preserved.
